ALL-DAY WORKSHOPS
Monthly transformation/self-development workshops on Saturdays 11am-4pm at a venue in Petersfield, involving talks from experts in their chosen holistic or philosophical field, relaxations/meditations, craft activities, and a chance to connect with old and new friends in a supportive environment. £30 per workshop.

June 21st - Healing the ancestral line with Jeanine Hanneman (how our past can enable us to understand and heal our present life experience)

July 26th - The 12 Laws of Karma with Astra Ferro (an opportunity to learn from the pas; how to face, to understand and to transmute unfinished business)

August 23rd - Growing Compassion for Ourselves with Rachel Rivett (an opportunity to explore journalling by consider a variety of creative writing approaches)

October 25th - An introduction to the Emotional Freedom Technique with Joanne Horstead (a simple, yet effective, form of self-administered therapy which stimulates acupressure points to release energy blockages)

​November 22nd - Colour Therapy with Jeanine Hanneman (using colour as a healing tool)
HALF-DAY WORKSHOPS FOR ADULTS
De-stress your physical body and improve your mental well-being.
2-hour interactive, hands-on experiential sessions held at at a venue in Petersfield, guiding you in the use different holistic practices to promote wellbeing. £20 per session

"CRYSTAL CLUB" FOR CHILDREN
Fun and playful, connecting children to their own innate creativity and wisdom.
Hands-on experiential workshops, involving science experiments and craft activities, all linked to crystals and the natural world.
